Assassin’s Creed takes on London.

For those unaware, the video game series Assassin’s Creed, replicates some of the world’s most beautiful, intricate cities in painstaking detail so that players are able to scale buildings and explore the streets of these famous locations.

London was, until now, a city conspicuous in its absence. With the launch of Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate Ubisoft, the developers behind the franchise have looked to rectify that.

To promote the launch, they’ve released some heart-in-mouth footage of London from a most unusual vantage point. Sidney, a bald eagle, has had a camera strapped to her back and has flown around some of London’s most iconic locations.

With some parts of the game interspersed into the footage you can see just how intricate the recreation of the city is.
