KOAL-ity service from Qantas.

Four furry marsupials were seen living the high life (quite literally) recently, as they were flown from Australia to Singapore in celebration of Singapore’s 50^th anniversary of independence, courtesy of Qantas Airways. The stunt aimed to highlight good relations between the two countries.

All the stops were pulled out for the Koalas: Paddle, Pellita, Chan and Idalia – anything they wanted – Schweppes, flannels and fresh eucalyptus leaves – you name it!

In reality though, the Koalas’ VIP experience was short lived; they travelled in the cargo hold with the other animals.

They didn’t even get to fly economy.
