Cafe owner responds to negative review superbly.
Customer ‘Hannah C ‘ was seething about the price of her cup of hot water and lemon in Bennet’s Cafe and Bistro in York.
So she took to TripAdvisor to slam the management.
The owner of the bistro decided to respond with a fabulously detailed lesson in restaurant economics.
Well done Bennett’s.
