KFC ‘FAKATION’ CAMPAIGN.

Summer is here, soon to follow is holiday snaps of friends with beachy hair, Ray-bans and a sunset backdrop. However, KFC in Romania has thought of a great way of joining in on the Instagram fun… ‘Fakation’. The idea is to troll your friends with fake vacation photos on social sharing platforms.

As a promo for the fast food restaurant, you need to go in store to take the snaps. The backdrops will be on tray liners and floor stickers. Then take photos using your fingers and a tray liner to create your own ‘hotdog legs’ holiday snaps.

The campaign is promoting its HotBox chicken recipes, which are inspired by dishes from Italy, Greece and Spain.

As this is a local promotion you have to be in Romania to take part, unless you fancy a real vacation there.
