Splash of Colour on London Bridge.

“Follow the psychedelic-brick road” – if you ever thought yellow was just SO 1939 – you would have been pleasantly surprised on Monday when 300m of London Bridge was re-tiled in full multicolour.

Spark Your City, a movement dedicated to transforming ordinary city landmarks into “extraordinary living playgrounds” have teamed up with BBC 1 presenter Gemma Cairney.

Together, they created a colourful, one day only, art installation to encourage people to ‘love Mondays’.

Gemma spent the morning greeting and handing flowers out to the 160,000 people who crossed the Thames.
