The Sky Broadband Butler.

Brief:

We were briefed by Sky Broadband to highlight the ease of switching broadband providers using their 24/7 switching support service, which provides first-class, real-person support day or night.

Idea:

Dramatise the first-class, personal touch service with a Butler Service.

Execution:

We enlisted Danny Dyer to trade in his tough-guy persona to become the nation’s first Broadband Butler.

In the film, Dyer is joined by the legendary Joseph Marcell – of ‘Fresh Prince of Bel-Air’ fame – to receive a crash course in first-class service, showcasing how easy it is to switch broadband providers.

The unlikely comedic duo reveals that switching is simple, hassle-free, and support with a human touch is available 24/7.

 We supported the video with research that identified Brits’ top daily frustrations, revealing that a third (36%) of Brits admitted to sticking with a bad broadband contract due to the perceived complications of switching.

 Results:

We secured a total of 76 pieces of coverage, including The Metro, The Sun, and Daily Express. A reach of 91M+.
